I'm not too tech savvy and need some back up drive advice.

Have 2 macs and backed them up for last 6 years with an apple air capsule. It was super simple. Almost plug-n-play. Backed up the wife's mac and my own. When we got new computers, easy to transfer everything. The Time Machine app on the Macs made it easy. Backed up wirelessly over the home network every hour.

My Air Capsule bit the dust and Apple doesn't make them anymore. I'd like the same ease of use. Just need maybe 6TB, need to be able to partition so both of us can use same machine, want it to be done wirelessly like before (do I have to have a NAS for this?) I want it to be Time Machine compatible with my mac. I've been researching different machines like Seagate Personal Cloud, WD My Cloud Home but I'm not knowledgable enough to know if I'm buying the right machine to meet my needs. I'm in a time crunch cause I'm leaving the country for a month on Thursday. Need to get this done ASAP. I drank heavily last night. Didn't work. Woke up with same problem. Any help appreciated.
